The invention discloses a novel door and window with an anti-mosquito function. The door and window comprises a window frame, a window sash and a screen window, wherein the window sash is connected with the window frame in a sliding mode through a guide rail, a sliding groove is formed in the window sash and communicates with the outside, a sliding rail is arranged in the sliding groove, the screen window is inserted into the sliding groove, the screen window is connected with the sliding rail in a sliding mode, a shielding strip for shielding the window frame is arranged at the bottom of thescreen window, the shielding strip abuts against the window frame through the sliding groove, and one side, facing the outside, of the screen window is clamped to the window frame through a clamping piece. According to the door and window, the friction force between the window sash and the window screen can be reduced, the sliding smoothness between the window sash and the window screen can be improved, the operation difficulty can be reduced, and meanwhile, when the window sash is opened, the window screen is still clamped on the window frame to block external mosquitoes, so that the situation that the mosquitoes enter a room due to a gap between the screen window and the window frame is prevented.
