The invention provides a portable bamboo furniture panel which comprises a base plate, a mounting assembly, and a clamping device; the mounting assembly is fixed to the interior of the base plate, the mounting assembly comprises a mounting groove, an assembling plate is slidably connected to the interior of the mounting groove, and a clamping groove is formed in the assembling plate; the clamping device is fixed to the base plate and comprises a square rod, and one end of the square rod is fixedly connected with a rotating rod. According to the portable bamboo furniture panel provided by the invention, the L-shaped rod is not clamped with a positioning groove any more through the upward pushing plate, so that a door plate can be disassembled, and the pushing rod is pushed downwards; and then a rotating rod is rotated, and the rotating rod rotates to drive a clamping block to rotate, so that the clamping block is not clamped with a clamping groove any more, the assembling plate can be disassembled conveniently, the furniture assembling plate and the base plate can be carried conveniently, and the situation that when furniture is carried, the furniture cannot be disassembled, and consequently the furniture is inconvenient to carry is avoided.
