Preparation method of isocyanate microcapsule applicable to single-component self-repairing cement-based material
The invention relates to a preparation method of an isocyanate microcapsule applicable to a single-component self-repairing cement-based material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: emulsifying diisocyanate into tiny liquid drops in an aqueous solution, then generating a polyurethane capsule wall as an inner-layer capsule wall through interfacial polymerization, then preparing a layer of urea resin capsule wall on the surface of the inner-layer capsule wall through in-situ polymerization, and finally preparing the microcapsule with a double-layer capsule wall structure. According to the invention, the coating of non-toxic diisocyanate is realized by utilizing the combined action of polyurethane and urea-formaldehyde resin, the validity period of isocyanate in cement concrete is prolonged, and a good microcrack self-repairing effect is achieved. The isocyanate microcapsule synthesized by adopting the method can be broken by microcracks in the cement-based material and release isocyanate, so repairing of the microcracks is realized. The isocyanate is relatively low in volatility, relatively low in toxicity and friendlier to environment, and can be cured under the action of environmental moisture to generate polyurethane, so automatic repair of microcracks is realized.
本发明为适用于单组分自修复水泥基材料的异氰酸酯微胶囊的制备方法。首先将二异氰酸酯在水溶液中乳化成微小液滴,然后通过界面聚合生成聚氨酯囊壁作为内层囊壁,然后通过原位聚合在内层囊壁的表面再制备一层脲醛树脂囊壁,最后获得具有双层囊壁结构的微胶囊。本发明是利用聚氨酯和脲醛树脂共同作用,实现无毒二异氰酸酯的包裹,提高了异氰酸酯在水泥混凝土中的有效期,并且拥有良好的微裂纹自修复效果。采用本方法合成的异氰酸酯微胶囊,在水泥基材料中可以被微裂纹打破并释放出异氰酸酯,实现微裂纹的修复。该异氰酸酯挥发性较低,毒性更小,更加环保,并且能够在环境湿气的作用下固化生成聚氨酯,实现微裂纹的自动修复。
