Automatic holder sequencing mechanism, holder separating device and holder distributing system
The invention relates to an automatic holder sequencing mechanism, a holder separating device and a holder distributing system. The automatic holder sequencing mechanism comprises a material chamber, a feeding inlet and a discharging outlet. The material chamber comprises a material chamber body defined by side walls and a plurality of separation plates, wherein the separation plates are obliquely arranged in the material chamber body and used for separating and guiding the holders moving in the material chamber and enabling the holders to be output through the discharging port in sequence. The holder separating device with an automatic sequencing mechanism further comprises a separating chamber, a material distributing disc and a driving unit. The holder distributing system comprises multiple holder separating devices. According to the holder separating device, through the automatic sequencing mechanism, single-layer ordered arrangement of the holders on the partition plates in the separating chamber can be rapidly and smoothly achieved without a vibrator for assistance; and then, the holders are distributed on vacuum glass through a material distribution disc arranged on the lower portion of the holder separating device, and the time for the material distributing disc to rotate by one circle is far more shorter than the time for a separation plate inserting piece to move for a round trip.
