The formate can form an analogue of trisulfide type hydrated calcium sulphoaluminate (AFt) or monosulfide type hydrated calcium aluminate (AFm) with minerals in the concrete, so that the setting time of the concrete can be shortened, and the early strength of the concrete is improved.
