The invention relates to expansion slurry for prestressed pipeline grouting and a preparation method of the expansion slurry, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding proper temperature water into a primary stirrer, adding cement into the primary stirrer under the condition that the proper temperature water is completely added, and completing primary stirring of cement slurry by adopting a primary stirring method; after one-time stirring is completed, conducting standing for a preset time period; and after standing for a preset time period, adding an expanding agent into a secondary stirrer, carrying out secondary stirring on the slurry by adopting a secondary stirring method, and obtaining expanded slurry after the secondary stirring is finished. The expansion slurry prepared by the invention has the advantages of small loss of fluidity along with time, stable slurry rheology, small bleeding rate and stable slurry performance, and can effectively shorten the slurrying and grouting period and improve the available expansion rate of the slurry; and the adverse effect of early false setting of the cement on the fluidity of the slurry is reduced.
本发明涉及一种预应力管道灌浆用膨胀浆及其制备方法，包括：取适温水加入一次搅拌机中，在加完适温水的条件下，往一次搅拌机中加入水泥，并采用一次搅拌方法完成对水泥浆的一次搅拌；在完成一次搅拌后，静置预设时间段；在静置预设时间段后，往二次搅拌机中加入膨胀剂，采用二次搅拌方法对浆体进行二次搅拌，在二次搅拌完成后，获得膨胀浆。本发明制成的膨胀浆流动性随时间损失小、浆体流变稳定，泌水率小，浆体性能稳定，可以有效缩短制浆‑灌浆周期，提高浆体可用膨胀率；以及减少水泥早期假凝对浆体流动度的不利影响。
