The invention relates to high-flexural-strength wear-resistant hybrid fiber concrete and a preparation method thereof. The hybrid fiber concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-400 parts of cement, 0-100 parts of fly ash, 600-850 parts of sand, 1000-1400 parts of gravels, 100-200 parts of water, 30-150 parts of modified steel fibers, 2-10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fibers and 3-20 parts of additives. According to the prepared hybrid fiber concrete, by improving the dispersity and cohesiveness of the fibers in the concrete and controlling the mutual doping proportion and doping amount of the steel fibers and the polyvinyl alcohol fibers, the fracture resistance and wear resistance of the concrete are remarkably improved. The prepared concrete is good in workability, simple in preparation process and beneficial to large-scale construction, and can be widely applied to concrete structures in the fields of civil engineering, municipal administration, traffic and the like.
