The invention discloses a foam glass particle foamed concrete thermal-insulation material. The material comprises ordinary Portland cement, foam glass particles, a surfactant and water, wherein the surfactant is one selected from surfactants extracted from animals and plants and artificially-synthesized surfactants . A manufacturing process for the material comprises the following steps: 1) preparing raw materials; 2) preparing a main material; 3) preparing auxiliary materials; 4) conducting stirring; and 5) performing forming. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: a formula is simple; operation is simple and convenient; foam glass leftover materials can be made into particles which are effectively combined with foamed concrete to prepare the novel building material with light weight, excellent thermal insulation performance and high strength; cyclic waste utilization is achieved; and meanwhile, huge development and benefits are brought to the energy-saving industry of building materials.
