The invention relates to a flood discharge device for corrosion prevention and energy dissipation of a rotational flow annular weir, and relates to the technical field of water conservancy projects. The flood discharge device comprises a vertical shaft, a adit and a water outlet hole which are sequentially connected, wherein a water inlet is formed in one end, far away from the adit, of the vertical shaft, and an energy dissipation part is arranged at the joint of the vertical shaft and the adit; the energy dissipation part comprises a connecting pipe for connecting the vertical shaft and the adit and an energy dissipation chamber which is arranged on the connecting pipe and communicates with the connecting pipe; the energy dissipation chamber is in a hollow cylinder shape, and two fixing holes which are oppositely arranged are formed in the circumferential side wall of the energy dissipation chamber; the end part of the connecting pipe is fixed in the fixing holes; a rotating rod which is vertically arranged is rotationally arranged in the energy dissipation chamber; the axis of the rotating rod coincides with the axis of the energy dissipation chamber; and a plurality of reversing blades which are arranged at intervals are fixed on the outer side wall of the rotating rod. The flood discharge device has the effects that negative pressure generated in the vertical shaft is reduced, and the cavitation erosion phenomenon is reduced.
