The invention discloses a full-automatic pile foundation post-grouting device and a using method. The problem that in the prior art, existing pulping equipment is tedious in procedure is solved, and the full-automatic pile foundation post-grouting device has the beneficial effects that cement grout is prepared firstly and then used, and the cement grout mixing proportion is guaranteed. According to the specific scheme, the full-automatic pile foundation post-grouting device comprises a conveying unit used for conveying cement, a water storage pond, a pulping unit, a stirring unit and a grouting unit, wherein the water storage pond stores water and/or admixture and is provided with a water pumping mechanism; the pulping unit comprises a containing barrel, the outlet end of the conveying unit is arranged above the containing barrel, the water pumping mechanism conveys liquid in the water storage pond into the containing barrel, and the liquid and the cement are mixed in the containing barrel to form the cement grout; the stirring unit is arranged on the side portion of the containing barrel, and the containing barrel is connected with the stirring unit to convey the cement grout into the stirring unit; and the grouting unit comprises a grouting pipe, the stirring unit is connected with the grouting pipe, and grouting is conducted on a pile foundation through the grouting unit.
