Construction method for post-cast strip of waterproof shear wall of basement
The invention discloses a construction method for a post-cast strip of a waterproof shear wall of a basement. The problem that the hidden danger of water leakage is possibly caused by blocking of a traditional outer wall post-cast strip is solved. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, when the shear wall is cast, a plurality of foot locking bolts are pre-buried in the two sides of a settlement joint of the shear wall, and inner threads are arranged in inner cavities of the foot locking bolts; 2, one ends of double-thread screws are connected with the inner threads in the foot locking bolts, a formwork and vertical square timber are sequentially arranged above a steel pipe and block the post-cast strip of the shear wall, and double-sided adhesive tape is pasted to the joint of the formwork and the concrete edge of the settlement joint; and 3, the steel pipe is arranged at the other ends of the double-thread screws in a sleeving mode and then fastened through nuts, and thus the steel pipe tightly drags the formwork. According to the construction method, screw holes do not need to be formed in the formwork during reinforcing, the turnover rate of the formwork can be increased, and the labor input is saved; and in addition, water stop screws do not need to be used in the reinforcing process, only common double-thread screw heads are needed, and the screw input is saved.
本发明公开了一种地下室防水剪力墙后浇带施工方法,解决传统外墙后浇带封堵可能造成渗漏水的隐患的问题;包括以下步骤:步骤一:剪力墙浇筑时,在剪力墙沉降缝两侧预埋若干个锁脚螺栓;锁脚螺栓的内腔设有内螺纹;步骤二:将双头螺杆一端与锁脚螺栓内部的内螺纹连接,将模板和竖向方木依次置于钢管上方并堵住剪力墙后浇带处,模板与沉降缝的混凝土边缘结合处粘贴双面胶带;步骤三:将钢管套入双头螺杆的另一端,然后用螺母紧固,使得钢管紧紧拖住模板;本发明加固时无需在模板上开螺杆眼,可提高模板的周转率,节省人工的投入,且在加固过程无需使用止水螺杆,只需普通的双头螺杆头即可,节省螺杆投入。
