Fabricated steel structure column and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated steel structure column and a construction method thereof. The structure column comprises a plurality of box type steel column sections and supporting steel boxes, the multiple box type steel column sections are vertically and coaxially arranged, the supporting steel boxes are connected between the two adjacent box type steel column sections, the top and the bottom of each supporting steel box extend in the circumferential direction of the supporting steel box to form a joist flange and a bearing flange correspondingly, and a plurality of supporting plates are connected between the joist flanges and the bearing flanges; and the multiple supporting plates are arranged in the circumferential direction of the supporting steel boxes at intervals, and an installation space for allowing a steel beam to be inserted is formed among the joist flanges, the bearing flanges and the supporting plates. According to the fabricated steel structure column, the problem of high fabricating requirement due to the fact that a traditional box type steel column needs to adopt electroslag welding to install an inner partition plate and a clamping plate strip in a high precision mode during assembling is solved.
本发明公开了一种装配式钢结构柱及其施工方法,该结构柱包括:多节箱型钢柱节,多节所述箱型钢柱节竖向同轴设置;以及支承钢箱,连接于相邻的两所述箱型钢柱节之间,所述支承钢箱的顶部和底部分别沿所述支承钢箱的周向方向延伸形成托梁翼缘及承托翼缘,所述托梁翼缘和所述承托翼缘之间连接有多块支撑板,多块所述支撑板沿所述支承钢箱的周向方向间隔设置,所述托梁翼缘、所述承托翼缘及所述支撑板之间形成供钢梁插设的安装空间。本发明解决了传统的箱型钢柱在组立时需采用电渣焊高精度地安装内隔板和夹板条,存在装配要求高的问题。
