The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a supporting structure is laid; 2, concrete is poured into the supporting structure, and leveling is conducted during pouring; 3, the surface of the concrete is ground and maintained; and 4, the epoxy resin self-leveling coating is smeared. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantage that the problems of irregular cracking and crushing of concrete at the hollow part, pits formed in the ground and the like caused by long-term rolling compaction of vehicles are solved fundamentally; and meanwhile, by laying the supporting structure, one-time forming of construction can be achieved, the construction period of garage ground engineering is shortened, the construction cost is also reduced, the flatness of a concrete finished surface is guaranteed, and potential quality hazards such as hollowing, dusting and cracking of the garage ground are avoided.
