The invention relates to a construction method of a light steel structure house building. Light steel machining and manufacturing equipment is used in the construction method. The equipment comprises a bearing table and a lifting device arranged at the top of the bearing table, wherein a hoisting device is arranged below a fixing plate; a clamping device is arranged below a hoisting plate; and a correcting device is arranged at the top of the hoisting plate. Through cooperation of extension springs, arch-shaped clamps and bolts, the horizontal section of a to-be-machined H-shaped light steel beam can be connected into a crack of the horizontal section of each arch-shaped clamp in a butt joint mode, the to-be-machined H-shaped light steel beam is clamped through the elastic acting force of the extension springs, then the bolts rotate and move downwards along threaded holes to reinforce the top of the to-be-machined H-shaped light steel beam, the stability of the to-be-machined H-shaped light steel beam is improved, and the situation that the to-be-machined H-shaped light steel beam falls in the inclined hoisting process, and consequently personnel are accidentally injured is avoided.
本发明涉及一种轻钢结构房屋建筑施工方法,其使用了轻钢加工制作设备,该设备包括承托台和设置在承托台顶部的升降装置,固定板的下方设置有吊装装置,吊装板的下方设置有夹紧装置,吊装板的顶部设置有校正装置。本发明通过拉伸弹簧、弓型夹具与螺栓之间的配合可将待加工的H型轻钢梁水平段对接在弓型夹具水平段的夹缝里,通过拉伸弹簧的弹性作用力将将待加工的H型轻钢梁进行夹紧,再通过螺栓转动并沿着螺纹孔向下移动对待加工的H型轻钢梁的顶部进行加固,提高待加工H型轻钢梁的稳定性,避免待加工的H型轻钢梁在倾斜吊升的过程中发生掉落,造成人员误伤。
