By arranging a driving shaft and a second pushing plate, a second driving block moves in a platform plate, so that materials are effectively, conveniently and directly conveyed into the discharging platform main body, and manual carrying by an operator is avoided; meanwhile, the materials can be directly lifted and supported through the second pushing plate, so that manual lifting is avoided; and through a U-shaped notch formed in the surface of the second pushing plate, the effect of limiting the pipe materials can be achieved, so that the physical exhaustion of the operator can be effectively reduced, and the material carrying efficiency is improved.
