Composite tempered glass
The invention relates to the technical field of tempered glass, in particular to composite tempered glass which comprises a composite glass part and two opening type pressing plates; the two opening type pressing plates with the same specification are pressed at the two sides of the composite glass part respectively; a limiting part is installed between the two opening type pressing plates; and a connecting part is installed between the two limiting parts. Components can be independently stored and carried when the tempered glass is transported, so that the damage degree of the components during transportation is reduced; the components are transported to an installation site for assembly during installation, so that the transportation convenience is improved; the curled ends of fixing plates at the two sides of the opening type pressing plates are fixed to the inner walls of the two sides of a window through screws, so that when the composite glass part needs to be disassembled, only the screws need to be unscrewed; and due to the fact that tension springs have certain elasticity, when the window is impacted and vibrated to a certain degree, the tension springs can buffer and absorb shock of the composite glass part, so that the amplitude of the tempered glass is reduced.
本发明涉及钢化玻璃技术领域,具体的说是一种复合式钢化玻璃,包括复合玻璃件和口式压合板,两个规格相同的口式压合板分别压合在复合玻璃件的两侧,且两个口式压合板之间安装有限位件,两个限位件之间安装有连接件,而在钢化玻璃进行运输时可以将其组件单独储放搬运,降低了组件的运输时的受损程度,而安装时将其组件运输到安装地点在进行组装,提高了运输的便捷性,将口式压合板两侧固定板的曲卷端通过螺钉将其固定在窗户的两侧内壁上,而需要将其拆卸时,只需拧下螺钉即可,由于拉簧具有一定的弹性,因此在窗户受到一定程度的冲击、震动时,拉簧可以对复合玻璃件进行缓冲、减震,降低了钢化玻璃的振幅。
