The hanging ladder is light and handy in structure, convenient to carry, disassemble, assemble and use, firm and durable, and capable of avoiding the trouble of erecting a scaffold, thereby reducing the production cost and improving the production efficiency; workers can disassemble and assemble the detachable step assemblies at any time according to the size of an end socket and the lengths of weld joints, and can increase and decrease the number of the detachable step assemblies, and welding operation using requirements of the end sockets of different sizes are met; and the hanging ladder not only can be used for the inner side of the end socket, but also can be used for longitudinal seam welding operation of devices such as a cone and a straight shell ring and construction operation of other types of work.
