The invention relates to a 3D printer. The 3D printer comprises a printer body, a safety door, a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism and a control system, wherein the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism and the control system are all arranged on the printer body, the printer body comprises a connecting support, the first driving mechanism is connected with the connecting support, the second driving mechanism is connected with the safety door, the control system is connected with the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism, one of the connecting support and the safety door is provided with sliding grooves, and the other one is provided with sliding protrusions. Under the condition that the connecting support is located at a first position, the connecting support is flush with the safety door; and under the condition that the connecting support is located at a second position, the connecting support and the safety door are staggered, and the second driving mechanism drives the safety door to move in a second direction so that the sliding grooves can be in sliding fit with the sliding protrusions, wherein the second direction intersects with a first direction. According to the scheme, the problems that a safety door of an existing 3D printer needs to be opened manually, and operation is troublesome can be solved.
本发明涉及一种3D打印机,包括打印机主体、安全门、第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和控制系统,第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和控制系统均设置于打印机主体,打印机主体包括连接支架,第一驱动机构与连接支架相连,第二驱动机构与安全门相连,控制系统与第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构相连,连接支架与安全门中的一者设置有滑槽,另一者设置有滑动凸起;在连接支架处于第一位置的情况下,连接支架与安全门平齐;在连接支架处于第二位置的情况下,连接支架与安全门错开,且第二驱动机构驱动安全门沿第二方向移动,以使滑槽与滑动凸起滑动配合,第二方向与第一方向相交。本方案能够解决对目前的3D打印机的安全门需要手动打开,操作麻烦的问题。
