Projections of the periodic cushion layers located in the interlayers are completely overlapped, the periodic cushion layers of the adjacent layers are aligned in the vertical direction or arranged in a staggered mode in the transverse direction, and a one-dimensional or two-dimensional scattering type periodic structure is formed.
