The anti-collision protection fence comprises a fixed guardrail A, a fixed guardrail B, an upper guardrail, a lower guardrail, a plurality of hollow anti-collision guardrails, anti-collision sleeves and anti-collision devices; the upper guardrail and the lower guardrail are fixedly arranged between the fixed guardrail A and the fixed guardrail B, the anti-collision sleeves correspond to the anti-collision guardrails and are rotationally connected with the outer sides of the anti-collision guardrails, and the anti-collision devices are arranged in the anti-collision guardrails; the upper ends of the anti-collision guardrails are fixedly connected with the upper guardrail, and the lower ends of the anti-collision guardrails are fixedly connected with the lower guardrail; the anti-collision guardrails are cylinders, and the lower ends of the anti-collision guardrails is located below the bottom face of the lower guardrail; the upper guardrail and the lower guardrail support the anti-collision guardrails, the anti-collision guardrails can bear impact of a vehicle, and the anti-collision sleeves can change the direction of impacting the vehicle through rotation to protect the anti-collision guardrails; and meanwhile, the impact of the vehicle and the anti-collision guardrails is reduced, and the vehicle and a driver are protected.
