The invention relates to a river channel ecological slope structure and an integrated construction method. The river channel ecological slope structure comprises a plurality of sets of bearing blocks and a plurality of sets of cement boards; the ground is horizontally arranged, a slope is built on the side, close to a river channel, of the ground, and all the sets of cement boards are laid on the slope; all the sets of bearing blocks are located at the position, close to the river channel, of the slope, and the lower end faces of all the sets of bearing blocks abut against a riverbed; cavities are concavely formed in the sides, deviating from the slope, of all the sets of bearing blocks, and all the sets of cavities are filled with sludge layers; and cement layers are formed between every two adjacent sets of bearing blocks in a pouring mode, and notches for planting green plants are concavely formed in the faces, deviating from the slope, of all the sets of cement boards. Compared with an existing river channel slope structure, the side, facing the river channel, of the existing river channel slope is mostly a concrete section with a compact structure, and cave living things are difficult to build caves on the slope of the existing concrete section. According to the river channel ecological slope structure and the integrated construction method, the cave building requirement of the cave living things is met, the cave living things can build the caves and multiply on the bank side of the river channel, and a river channel ecological system with biodiversity can be constructed easily.
