The invention discloses a migration fishway, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic engineering equipment. The migration fishway comprises an inclined water tank, wherein intercepting plates are uniformly mounted on the inner wall of the inclined water tank; the inclination angle between each intercepting plate and the inclined water tank is greater than 90 degrees; a water accumulating hole is formed in the top of each intercepting plate; the bottom of each intercepting plate communicates with a rubber air bag; one end, away from the corresponding intercepting plate, of each rubber air bag is fixedly connected with a limiting plate; the bottom of each limiting plate is in sliding connection with the bottom of the inner side of a cleaning water tank; a water draining opening is formed in one end, away from the corresponding intercepting plate, of each rubber air bag; a water draining device is mounted in each water draining opening; and two sides of each rubber air bag are separately fixedly connected with guiding plates. According to the migration fishway disclosed by the invention, potential energy generated when water flows downwards can be used for saving physical strength for fish in a migration return stroke, work which needs to be done by overcoming gravity during fish migration is reduced, physical strength consumption of fish migration is reduced, and the success rate of fish migration is increased.
