The invention discloses a reinforcing structure of an unstable slope and a construction method thereof. The reinforcing structure comprises an underground continuous wall arranged at the slope toe, a cast-in-place concrete arch supported on the continuous wall, and slope cast-in-place concrete longitudinal beams supported on the cast-in-place concrete arch, wherein light bricklaying arch-shaped cross beams are arranged between the slope cast-in-place concrete longitudinal beams; vegetation is planted in lattices between the slope cast-in-place concrete longitudinal beams and the light bricklaying arch-shaped cross beams; the slope cast-in-place concrete longitudinal beams are connected together at the slope top through slope top connecting beams; intercepting ditches are built on the sides, away from the slope, of the slope top connecting beams; and anchor rods are arranged on the slope cast-in-place concrete longitudinal beams according to the slope stability condition. The slope is fixed through engineering measures and plant measures jointly, the underground continuous wall is used for providing resistance to resist sliding force transmitted by slope loads, the structural reliability and durability are improved, construction is convenient and fast, the construction period is short, investment is saved, the slope stability is guaranteed, and the ecological environment is protected.
