The fabricated building interior wall partition plate comprises a plate body, wherein clamping grooves are formed in the two ends of the plate body, a groove is formed in one end of the plate body, a convex edge is arranged at the end, away from the groove, of the plate body in an extending mode, and a vertical hole is formed in the top of the plate body. According to the fabricated building interior wall partition plate and the layout method thereof, the groove and the convex edge are arranged on the two sides of the plate body correspondingly, and thus adjacent plate bodies can be stably connected; a fabricated mounting structure is adopted, construction is facilitated, and the strength of the partition plate can be enhanced through steel wires and a reinforcing layer; mortar is smeared at one end of the wall plate, then the wall plate is erected on the ground, the plate is moved up and down through a crowbar to be matched with the ground line, the wall plate is jacked with force, the mortar is extruded out of the top of the plate, the plate is fixed through tightening of a wooden wedge, the flatness of the plate is adjusted through the wooden wedge, and the flatness of the mounted wall plate can be guaranteed; and after gaps are completely filled, the wooden wedge is taken out and then backfilled with the mortar five days later, wall plate mounting joints are treated, and thus tight connection of the wall plate is guaranteed.
