The invention discloses an external scaffold wall connecting piece and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the steps that the position of a pre-embedded anchor piece is determined in a side mold of a body structure; the pre-embedded anchor is put into the side mold, a thread is arranged on the end part of one end of the pre-embedded anchor, a conical sheath sleeves the thread, a gap is reserved between the inner side of the wider end of the conical sheath and the thread, and the end surface of the wider end of the conical sheath is attached to the inner mold surface of the side mold; concrete is poured into the side mold, and after the concrete in the side mold is solidified, the side mold is dismounted; an external rod piece is connected to the thread of the pre-embedded anchor piece by adopting a matched internal thread piece; the external rod piece is connected and fixed with an external scaffold; and when the external scaffold needs to be dismantled, the conical sheath and the external rod piece are dismantled from the pre-embedded anchor piece, and a cavity in the surface of concrete is filled. Only the pre-embedded anchor is scrapped in the whole set of wall connecting piece, other assemblies of the wall connecting piece can be detached, and a conical plastic leather cup on the concrete wall can be plastered in the later period, so that the worry that the pre-embedded anchor of the wall connecting piece is rusted in the later period is avoided.
本发明公开了一种外脚手架连墙件及其施工方法，方法包括：在主体结构的侧模内确定预埋锚件的位置；将预埋锚件放入侧模内，预埋锚件的一端端部设有螺纹且螺纹外套设有锥形护套，锥形护套中较宽一端的内侧与螺纹之间留有间隙，并使锥形护套中较宽一端的端面贴合于侧模的内模面；向侧模内浇筑混凝土，待侧模内混凝土固化后，拆除侧模；采用匹配的内螺纹件于预埋锚件的螺纹上连接一外接杆件；将外接杆件与外脚手架连接固定；当需要拆除外脚手架时，于预埋锚件上拆除锥形护套和外接杆件，填补混凝土表面空洞。整套连墙件中报废的仅是预埋锚件，连墙件其他组件可以拆卸，混凝土墙上锥形塑料皮碗处后期可通过抹灰处理，无需担心连墙件预埋锚件后期反锈。
