The building concrete column pouring process aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, when a formwork is reinforced, a plurality of steel pipes need to be reinforced, and two persons are needed for assisting in reinforcing. According to the following scheme, distance fixing ejector rods which are welded to a reinforcement cage and distributed in a staggered mode are provided; the two sides of the reinforcement cage are fixedly provided with symmetrical C-shaped formworks with opposite openings correspondingly; the positions, close to the edges of the two sides, of the opposite sides of the two C-shaped formworks are provided with pushing locking mechanisms correspondingly; the ends, close to the reinforcement cage, of the pushing locking mechanisms are fixedly provided with formwork protection pressing strips correspondingly; each formwork protection pressing strip comprises a mountain-shaped abutting block and a vertical plate strip which are engaged with each other; and side protection plates are fixed to the formwork protection pressing strips at the ends of self-locking screws. According to the building concrete column pouring process, when the side protection plates are fastened, only the self-locking screws need to be screwed, and the vertical plate strips are matched with the mountain-shaped abutting blocks to effectively and evenly disperse the extrusion force of the steel pipes to all positions of the surfaces of the formworks.
本发明属于建筑设备技术领域,尤其是一种建筑用混凝土柱浇筑工艺,针对现有技术中对模板进行加固的时候需要加固上多根钢管并且需要双人辅助完成的问题,现提出以下方案,包括焊接在钢筋笼上交错分布的定距顶杆,所述钢筋笼的两侧分别固定有开口相对且互相对称的C型模板,两个所述C型模板相对的一侧靠近两侧边缘处均设置有推进锁紧机构,且推进锁紧机构靠近钢筋笼的一端均固定有模板保护压条,所述模板保护压条包括两个互相咬合的山形抵块和竖板条,且侧护板固定在自锁螺杆端部的模板保护压条上。本发明中,对侧护板进行紧固的时候只需对自锁螺杆进行旋拧即可,竖板条配合山形抵块有效的将钢管的挤压力均匀的分散至模板的表面各处。
