The cement cart comprises a cement cart body and a cement containing cavity formed in the cement cart body, wherein a push handle is fixedly arranged at the right end of the cement cart body; a partition plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the cement containing cavity; a control groove is formed in the partition plate; and a control electric guide rail is fixedly arranged on the upper wall of the control groove. According to the cement cart, whether the ground has a sunken position or not can be observed when the cart runs, and when detecting that the sunken position exists, a passing plate can be put down to cover the sunken position so that tires can be located above the passing plate to pass stably; the passing plate can be recycled, and resource consumption is reduced; when the cart walks on a road section needing to be passed frequently, cement on the cart can be introduced into the sunken position and solidified rapidly, meanwhile, the cement is compacted to remove redundant cement, and the road surface is flat and can pass frequently in the later period conveniently; and meanwhile, automation of the treatment process is achieved, the treatment efficiency is greatly improved, and labor force is saved.
