Anti-freezing concrete water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete additives, and particularly discloses an anti-freezing concrete water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The water reducing agent is prepared from A: 1-5 parts of ethylcellulose coated bisulfate, 1-3 parts of dispersing agent, 20-40 parts of polycarboxylate water reducing agent, 1-4 parts of sodium gluconate and 50-80 parts of water; and B: 5-10 parts of an alcohol dissolving and releasing agent. The preparation method of the water reducing agent comprises the following steps: weighing the polycarboxylate water reducing agent, sodium gluconate and water, and uniformly mixing the components to obtain a mixture 1; mixing the ethyl cellulose coated bisulfate with the mixture 1, and performing full stirring to obtain A; and weighing the alcohol dissolving and releasing agent to obtain B. The water reducing agent disclosed by the invention can be used for preventing concrete from freezing, so that the working time of constructors is prolonged; and in addition, according to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the ethylcellulose coated bisulfate is uniformly dispersed, so that solid aggregation is avoided.
