Plastic runway and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a plastic runway which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:10-20 parts of carboxyl-terminated liquid fluororubber, 40-50 parts of a functional ionomer, 15-25 parts of a sulfonated ethylene propylene diene monomer, 0.5-1.5 parts of a foaming agent, 3-6 parts of an environment-friendly plasticizer, 10-20 parts of a filler and 0.03-0.08 part of an antioxidant; the functional ionomer is prepared by firstly performing an azole ring ionization reaction on N, N' -carbonylbis (1,2, 4-triazole) and chloroacetamide-N-methanol to generate a monomer with dihydroxy, and then performing a polycondensation reaction on the monomer and an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer. The invention further provides a preparation method of the plastic runway. The plastic runway provided by the invention is good in physical and mechanical properties, excellent in wear resistance, high temperature resistance and aging resistance, excellent in performance stability and environmental protection performance, and long in service life.
本发明公开了一种塑胶跑道,其特征在于,是由如下重量份的各原料制成:端羧基液体氟橡胶10‑20份、功能离聚物40‑50份、磺化三元乙丙橡胶15‑25份、发泡剂0.5‑1.5份、环保增塑剂3‑6份、填料10‑20份、抗氧化剂0.03‑0.08份;所述功能离聚物是首先通过N,N'‑羰基二(1,2,4‑三氮唑)与氯乙酰胺‑N‑甲醇发生氮唑环离子化反应生成带有双羟基的单体,再与端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体发生缩聚反应制成。本发明还提供了一种所述塑胶跑道的制备方法。本发明提供的塑胶跑道物理机械性能好,耐磨性、耐高温性和耐老化性能佳,性能稳定性和环保性能优异,使用寿命长。
