The invention discloses an asphalt pavement repairing device which comprises a repairing table, an asphalt discharging port is fixed to the center of the lower surface of the repairing table, a heating cavity is formed in the repairing table, four symmetrically-distributed universal wheels are installed on the lower surface of the repairing table, and the four universal wheels are located at the four corners of the lower surface of the repairing table correspondingly; heating tubes are fixed to two inner side walls of the heating cavity; a push rod is fixed to one outer side wall of the repairing table; according to the asphalt repairing device, through the arrangement of the crushing mechanism, rapidly-cooled and caked asphalt is crushed, and subsequent stirring and hot melting operation is facilitated. Through the arrangement of the compaction mechanism, the compaction roller is driven to roll while keeping up-down reciprocating motion during pavement repairing, the compaction efficiency is improved, the pavement is compacted more thoroughly, the repairing effect is better, the surface of the compaction roller is cleaned in time through the arrangement of the cleaning ring, smoothness of the surface of the compaction roller is ensured. Therefore, the asphalt is paved more uniformly and flatly, and the repairing effect is better.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面修补装置，包括修补台，修补台的下表面中心处固定有沥青出料口，修补台的内部开设有加热腔，修补台的下表面安装有四个对称分布的万向轮，四个万向轮分别位于修补台的下表面四个角处，加热腔的内部两侧壁固定有加热管，修补台的外部一侧壁固定有推杆，本发明通过破碎机构的设置，对快速冷却并结块的沥青进行破碎，方便后续的搅拌以及热熔操作。通过压实机构的设置，带动压实辊在修补路面时上进行滚动的同时，保持上下往复运动，提高了压实的效率，使路面被压实的更加彻底，修补效果更好，通过设置清理圆环使压实辊表面得到及时的清理，确保压实辊表面的平滑，使沥青摊铺的更加均匀和平整，修补效果更好。
