The invention discloses a precast slab beam hoisting method, which comprises the following steps of: sectionally assembling an auxiliary cross beam by using hoisting devices erected on shores on two sides respectively, and supporting two ends of the auxiliary cross beam by bridge abutment on the shores on the two sides respectively; the length of the auxiliary cross beam is approximately equal to that of the plate girder, and due to the fact that a segmented assembling mode is adopted, hoisting devices erected on shoresides on the two sides are small in specification; placing a movable base on the auxiliary cross beam; lifting one end of the plate girder and placing the plate girder on the movable base; pushing the plate girder transversely, so that the whole plate girder is moved to the auxiliary cross beam, the plate girder is supported by the auxiliary cross beam, and the plate girder is located above the riverway; hoisting the two ends of the plate girder by using hoisting devices erected on the shores on the two sides respectively; placing the plate girder on the bridge abutment after the auxiliary cross beams are dismounted, and completing the placing process of the plate girder; according to the method, erection is conducted in the mode of transversely moving the plate girder, a large crane is not needed, the rotating range of the cranes located on the shores on the two sides is very small, and construction operation can be conducted in the narrow space range.
本发明公开一种预制板梁吊装方法,利用两侧岸边分别架设的起吊装置分段组装辅助横梁,辅助横梁的两端分别由两侧岸边的桥台支撑;辅助横梁的长度与板梁大致相等,由于采用分段拼装的方式,两侧岸边架设的起吊装置规格较小;在辅助横梁上放置移动底座;将板梁的一端抬起,并放置到移动底座上;横向推动板梁,使板梁整体移到辅助横梁上,此时由辅助横梁支撑板梁,板梁位于河道的上方;此时利用两侧岸边架设的起吊装置分别吊起板梁的两端;拆除辅助横梁后放置板梁至桥台上,完成了板梁的放置过程;此方法采用横向移动板梁的方式进行架设,不需要使用大型吊机,本发明位于两侧岸边的吊机转动的范围很小,能够在空间狭小的范围中进行施工作业。
