Circulating treatment system for sludge drying carrier gas condensate water
The invention discloses a circulating treatment system for sludge drying carrier gas condensate water. The bottom of a carrier gas condensate water tank is connected with a carrier gas condensate water pump through a pipeline, and then is connected to a sludge storage tank through a condensate water discharge pipe; and the sludge drying carrier gas condensate water is collected to the carrier gas condensate water tank and then discharged to the sludge storage tank through the carrier gas condensate water pump and the condensate water discharge pipe, so that the carrier gas condensate water and sludge in the sludge storage tank are mixed and then enter the sludge treatment facility together to be circularly treated. The circulating treatment system has the advantages that: (1) the drying carrier gas condensate water is independently pumped to subsequent treatment facilities through the special pipe, so that the drying condensate water with higher temperature and malodorous gas is effectively prevented from entering a current sewage pipe network of a plant area and escaping from a sewage well, and the environment of the plant area is effectively improved; and (2) additional arrangement of condensate water treatment facilities is not needed, or impact of organic loads in wastewater on sewage treatment facilities in a current plant area is relieved.
本发明公开了一种污泥干化载气冷凝水的循环处理系统,载气冷凝水罐底部通过管道与所述载气冷凝水泵连接,然后通过冷凝水排放管连接至储泥池;污泥干化载气冷凝水收集至所述载气冷凝水罐后,通过载气冷凝水泵及冷凝水排放管排放至储泥池,使得载气冷凝水与储泥池内的污泥混合后,一起进入污泥处理设施中循环进行处理。本发明优势在于:(1)干化载气冷凝水通过专管单独泵送至后续处理设施,有效避免了温度较高、含恶臭气体的干化冷凝水进入厂区现状污水管网并从污水井中逸出,有效改善厂区环境。(2)无需额外增设冷凝水处理设施,或缓解了废水中有机负荷对现状厂区污水处理设施的冲击。
