The fabricated high-rise steel structure comprises a first steel frame plate, a second steel frame plate, a heat preservation layer, a rotating shaft rod, a solar panel, a first sealing plate, a second sealing plate and a driving mechanism; the heat preservation layer is arranged between the first steel frame plate and the second steel frame plate, and the rotating shaft rod penetrates through the heat preservation layer; a limiting groove is formed in the end face of one end of the rotating shaft rod, and the end face of the other end of the rotating shaft rod is provided with a limiting protruding block; the solar panel is arranged on the first steel frame plate; the first sealing plate and the second steel frame plate are arranged in a spaced mode, the second steel frame plate and the first sealing plate form a containing interlayer, and the driving mechanism is contained in the containing interlayer; the second sealing plate is partially inserted into the containing interlayer and is in sliding connection with the first sealing plate and the second steel frame plate, and the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the second sealing plate; and the first sealing plate and the second sealing plate jointly cover the outer surface of the second steel frame plate. According to the fabricated high-rise steel structure, the connection tightness degree is increased, and the fabricating convenience is improved.
