Novel extruded hollow composite molded multifunctional architectural decoration wallboard
The invention provides a novel extruded hollow composite molded multifunctional building decoration wallboard. The wallboard is formed by compounding a hollow structure building wallboard extruded by a vacuum extruder and a matched mold with an outer decoration surface layer. The hollow structure building wallboard is composed of an inner side structure board, a separation cavity connecting board, a hollow cavity, an outer side structure board and two side splicing structures. Dovetail-shaped tenons and dovetail-shaped grooves which are through in the forward direction are designed on the inner side structure board at intervals; dovetail-shaped grooves and dovetail-shaped tenons which are through in the forward direction are designed on the outer side structure board at intervals; and the two side splicing structures are provided with half dovetail groove structures in the opposite directions on the left side and the right side. The outer decoration surface layer can be made into an embossment outer decoration surface layer imitating cultural stone, bricks, wood and stone three-dimensional textures.
本发明提供了一种新型挤出空心复合成型多功能建筑装饰墙板,是由真空挤出机与配套模具挤出的空心结构建筑墙板再与外装饰面层复合成型。空心结构建筑墙板是由内侧结构板、隔腔连接板、空心腔体、外侧结构板和两侧拼接结构组成。内侧结构板设计有顺向贯通的燕尾型凸榫和燕尾型凹槽相间隔布置;外侧结构板设计有顺向贯通的燕尾型凹槽和燕尾型凸榫相间隔布置;两侧拼接结构设计有左右两侧相反方向的半个燕尾槽型结构。外装饰面层可以做成仿文化石、仿砖、仿木材、仿石材立体纹理的浮雕外装饰面层。
