The circular anti-torsion steel structure supporting frame system comprises an outer framework, first connecting rods, second connecting rods, ejector rods, first connecting pieces, third connecting rods, second connecting pieces and fourth connecting rods; the ejector rods are fixedly connected to the top of the outer framework; the third connecting rods are fixedly connected between the outer sides of the outer framework at equal intervals; and the first connecting rods are fixedly connected between the outer sides of the outer framework and are located between every two adjacent third connecting rods. Steel structure latticed columns of Y-shaped structures are arranged to be spliced into a whole, so the circular torsion resistance of a latticed column supporting frame in a roof of a gymnasium is greatly improved and the latticed column supporting frame has the advantages of being high in strength, light in weight and stable in structure; and meanwhile, accurate calculation is conducted before erection, accurate calculation can be conducted on multiple items of data before erection, and therefore the erection construction efficiency is greatly improved.
