The invention relates to a heat-preservation decorative plate with a mechanical connection structure. The heat-preservation decorative plate comprises a panel layer, a heat-preservation layer and a bottom plate layer which are sequentially stacked. The heat-preservation decorative plate with the mechanical connection structure further comprises a plurality of sets of connecting pieces used for fixing the relative positions of the panel layer, the heat-preservation layer and the bottom plate layer, wherein each set of connecting pieces comprises a special-shaped nut and a bolt which can be matched with each other for locking connection. The heat-preservation decorative plate overcomes the defect that an existing heat-preservation decorative plate is not firm in anchoring, and consequently the panel layer is prone to falling off; and the plurality of connecting pieces are arranged in the heat-preservation decorative plate, so that the panel layer, the heat-preservation layer and the bottom plate layer are firmly connected, and production can be conducted without transforming an existing production line.
