The deviation rectifying device comprises a sleeve rod with a hollow cavity and clamping and fixing devices used for relatively fixing the sleeve rod and a steel bar to be rectified, wherein the clamping and fixing devices are arranged on the sleeve rod, an opening is formed in the lower end of the sleeve rod, the hollow cavity communicates outside, the deviation rectifying device further comprises a telescopic rod and a supporting plate, the supporting plate can rotate relative to the sleeve rod after being assembled with the sleeve rod, one end of the telescopic rod is hinged to the supporting plate, the other end of the telescopic rod can be connected with the sleeve rod, the connecting end of the telescopic rod and the sleeve rod can push the sleeve rod to rotate, a gradienter with a steel bar deviation ruler at the top end of a sleeve serves as a measuring tool, the steel bar deviation condition can be directly observed in the deviation rectifying process, the deviation rectifying process is accurate, controllable and easy to operate, and the repeated deviation rectifying process of a traditional deviation rectifying method is avoided.
