The invention provides an intelligent lock and an emergency unlocking method thereof. The intelligent lock comprises a lockset body; a middle mounting groove is formed in the middle part of the front side face of the lockset body; the middle mounting groove is provided with a middle cover plate for covering the middle mounting groove; the lower side of the middle mounting groove is provided with a groove; a two-dimensional code is printed on the bottom part of the groove; a protective sheet fitting the groove is arranged in the groove; the protective sheet is round; the protective sheet is rotatably arranged; the center of the groove is provided with a connecting hole; the protective sheet is provided with a central rotating shaft connected with the connecting hole; a ring of limiting groove is formed in the side wall of the connecting hole; the central rotating shaft is provided with limiting protrusions cooperating with the limiting groove; one half area of the protective sheet is transparent; the other half area of the protective sheet is non-transparent; and the two-dimensional code is arranged in manner of corresponding to the position of the half area of the protective sheet.
