The invention belongs to the technical field of office desks and relates to a liftable office table capable of hiding a computer mainframe and a using method of the liftable office table. The office table comprises a table body, a mainframe room, a mainframe rack, a lifting device, a display containing table and a control device. The mainframe room is arranged on one side of the table body; the mainframe rack and the lifting device are arranged in the mainframe room; the lifting device is used for driving the mainframe rack to ascend or descend; a movable door is arranged at the top of the mainframe room; the movable door is located over the mainframe rack; and an electronic lock is arranged on the movable door. When a computer is not used, the computer mainframe, the display and computer accessories are placed in the mainframe room, so that dust is prevented from being accumulated on computer devices; when the computer is not used, the movable table board can be turned over to be used as a common reading table. The using method of the office table is provided. when the computer is not used, the whole computer can be hidden; and when the computer is used, the mainframe and the display can be moved conveniently.
