The invention relates to a plate body frame, a plate and an assembling method thereof. The plate body frame comprises a frame body; the frame body is provided with a first pressing edge extending in the extending direction of the frame body; the inner side surface of the first pressing edge is provided with wavy teeth extending in the extending direction of the first pressing edge; the frame body is provided with a clamping groove used for fixing and clamping a pressing strip which forms a plate body mounting groove with the first pressing edge. The plate comprises the plate body frame, a plate body and the pressing strip; the pressing strip comprises a second pressing edge and a clamping body; the pressing strip and the frame body are fixedly clamped together through cooperation of the clamping body and the clamping groove; the second pressing edge and the first pressing edge are oppositely arranged and form the plate body mounting groove; the plate body is inserted into the plate body mounting groove; and the space between the plate body and the first pressing edge and/or the space between the plate body and the second pressing edge are/is filled with sealants or structural adhesives. The hidden waterproof structure is adopted, and assembling is convenient.
