The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing hydroxyethyl maleic anhydride acrylate; s2, preparing polymaleic anhydride glycol ester; s3, preparing polymaleic anhydride ethylene glycol polypropylene glycol ester; s4, preparing a mixed solution of hydroxyethyl maleic anhydride acrylate and polymaleic anhydride ethylene glycol polypropylene glycol ester; s5, preparing a water-based vinyl resin emulsion; and S6, preparing the corrosion-resistant mortar. According to the preparation method of the corrosion-resistant mortar provided by the invention, vinyl resin is hydrated, volatile styrene is not contained, VOC emission is zero, and environmental protection is facilitated; besides, water is adopted as a diluent, wherein the water volatilizes during coating and does not participate in reaction, and due to the fact that the water dilutes the probability of reaction group collision reaction, the shelf life of the product is prolonged, the operability time of the product after blue-white water is added is prolonged, and waste of material curing is reduced.
