The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory material production processes, and particularly relates to a high-strength refractory material production process which comprises the following steps: S1, burdening; S2, preparing a pre-forged material: uniformly mixing magnesite powder, fly ash and dolomite powder, calcining at 1650-1850 DEG C, and crushing the calcined material to obtain the pre-forged material; S3, mixing and sieving; S4, preparing a brick blank; and S5, sintering: sintering the brick blank dried in the S4, and naturally cooling to the room temperature. According to the invention, the defects of moisture absorption, efflorescence, frosting, deformation, poor water resistance and the like of magnesite products are effectively overcome, the effect of enhancing the toughness of refractory material products can be achieved, the volume density of the material is improved, and the heat resistance, strength, flame retardant property and thermal stability of the material are greatly improved; and the prepared refractory material product has the characteristics of high breaking strength, high torsional strength, high compressive strength and high tensile strength, and is excellent in mechanical property, and the comprehensive performance is remarkably improved.
