The invention discloses a heat-resistant corrosion-resistant enamel-imitating ceramic product and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a ceramic substrate; (2) preparing an enamel-imitating glaze material; and (3) uniformly applying a layer of enamel-imitating glaze material on the surface of the ceramic substrate, then putting the ceramic substrate into an oven, and baking for 5-10 minutes at the temperature of 50-60 DEG C to obtain the heat-resistant corrosion-resistant enamel-imitating ceramic product. The production process is simple, the technological process is non-toxic and pollution-free, the raw material cost is low, microstructure grains are fine, pores are uniformly distributed, the wear resistance and pressure resistance of the product are high, the surface of the ceramic substrate is coated with a layer of enamel-imitating glaze material, and the prepared ceramic product has the advantages of enamel appearance and performance, good heat resistance, strong corrosion resistance and the like, and durability is realized.
本发明公开了一种耐热抗腐蚀仿搪瓷陶瓷制品及制备方法，包括如下步骤：（1）制备陶瓷基体；（2）制备仿搪瓷釉料；（3）在陶瓷基体表面先均匀施一层仿搪瓷釉料，然后放入烤箱中，在50‑60℃温度下烘烤5‑10分钟，即得到耐热抗腐蚀仿搪瓷陶瓷制品。本发明的生产工艺简单，工艺过程无毒无污染，原料成本低，微观组织晶粒细小，气孔分布均匀，产品的耐磨耐压度高，通过在陶瓷基体表面涂布一层仿搪瓷釉料，制备获得的陶瓷制品具有搪瓷的外观和性能，且耐热性好，抗腐蚀能力强等优点，经久耐用。
