The invention discloses a railway underneath pass box culvert jacking rail reinforcing method, belongs to the field of road bridges and culverts, and is applicable to box culvert jacking construction for guaranteeing normal operation of railways. A technology is reliable and safety is high, during construction, holes are drilled or dug in a rail foundation, supporting piles are poured, and crown beams are constructed after the strength of the supporting piles meets a design requirement; then, in the non-operation period of the railway, a sleeper beam penetrates between supporting sleepers (permanent structures) below a railway track, holes are formed in flange plates at the bottom of the track, and the two are connected into a whole through bolts; and finally, a foundation pit is excavated on the rail foundation which is perpendicular to the rail and distributed between the supporting piles, a prefabricated box culvert is constructed, and after the box culvert is pushed to perpendicularly penetrate through the sleeper beam rail to a designed position, the space between the box culvert and the rail is filled with gravels to be squeezed tightly. And the sleeper beam and the top beam are removed, wherein the sleeper beam can be repeatedly utilized.
