The invention discloses a frozen soil roadbed non-excavation repairing method. The method comprises the following steps: detecting and determining a void area in a roadbed, drilling a grouting hole and a cooling liquid filling hole in the void area, and injecting a high polymer slurry into the void area through the grouting hole to finish filling operation; and injecting a cooling liquid into a lower boundary of a high polymer filling diffusion area through the cooling liquid filling hole so as to cool high polymer polymerization reaction heat release, and finally carrying out hole sealing. The method has the beneficial effects that nondestructive identification of the frozen soil roadbed void damage can be realized, the construction period is short, the damage to the road surface is small, the influence on a roadbed stress state and thermal disturbance is small, the stability of the frozen soil roadbed in the whole construction process is favorably maintained, and the method has wide applicability.
本发明公开了一种冻土路基非开挖修复方法,其过程为:先检测并确定路基内部脱空区域,然后在所述脱空区域分别钻取注浆孔和冷却液加注孔,接着通过注浆孔向脱空区域内注入高聚物浆液,完成填充作业,并通过冷却液加注孔将冷却液注入到高聚物填充扩散区域下边界,以对高聚物聚合反应放热进行冷却,最后封孔。本发明的有益效果:能够实现对冻土路基脱空病害的无损识别,施工周期短,对路面破坏小,对路基应力状态和热扰动影响小,有利于维持冻土路基在整个施工过程中的稳定性,具有广泛适用性。
