The invention discloses a construction method for a large-span existing road crossing cast-in-place beam load-bearing support body. The construction method comprises the steps of measuring and lofting the coordinate positions of multiple sets of support body foundations actually on site; expanding the foundation position of each group of bracket bodies for 1m-1.5 m towards the periphery, filling gravel soil with the thickness of 50cm-55cm after surface cleaning, compacting and leveling in a layered manner, and detecting the foundation bearing capacity of the foundation position of each group of bracket bodies by adopting a penetrometer; arranging a prefabricated reinforcement cage framework at the foundation position of each support body; binding a steel pipe upright post embedded part on the prefabricated reinforcement cage framework, then mounting a template, and pouring C30 concrete; assembling and installing a plurality of groups of bracket bodies; arranging a cross beam which is arranged along the transverse full length of the cast-in-place box girder in a groove in the top of each bracket body; and welding a plurality of main longitudinal beams on all the cross beams at intervals front and back. The method is low in construction cost, short in construction period, safe and reliable.
本发明公开了一种大跨度跨越既有道路现浇梁承重支架架体施工方法,步骤为:场实际测量放样多组支架架体基础坐标位置;在每一组支架架体基础位置且向四周扩展1m‑1.5m,清表后填筑50cm‑55cm厚碎石土,分层压实并整平,采用触探仪器检测架体基础位置的地基承载力;在每一个支架架体基础位置处布设预制钢筋笼骨架;在预制钢筋笼骨架上绑扎钢管立柱预埋件,然后安装模板,浇筑C30混凝土;组装并安装多组支架架体;在每一个支架架体的顶部凹槽内安装一根沿现浇箱梁横向通长设置的横梁;在全部横梁上前后间隔焊接多根主纵梁。本方法施工成本低、工期短且安全可靠。
