An anchor rod is assembled and manufactured according to field requirements, cement paste is injected after manufacturing and installation are completed, after solidification, a second cement anchoring body and a first cement anchoring body are formed, the second cement anchoring body and the first cement anchoring body fix the position of the anchor rod, a anchor rod structure force transmission system and the bearing mechanism are simple and clear, and the determination of a calculated value of the anchoring force and the working load is more accurate; and the anchor rod is manufactured according to actual requirements, loss of construction materials and equipment can be reduced as much as possible, and the problems that an existing anchor rod is small in pulling resistance, low in reliability and large in displacement, the safety of foundation pit supporting cannot be guaranteed, meanwhile, the construction quality is not easy to control, material loss is large in the construction process, anchoring force calculation is inaccurate, and construction process efficiency is low are solved.
本发明提供了新型囊式扩体抗拔锚杆及其施工方法,包括施工准备、钻机就位、锚杆成孔、高压旋喷扩孔、锚杆安装、囊内注浆、孔内注浆、锚杆养护、锚杆张拉和安装锚具和锚板,锚杆根据现场要求组装制作,制作安装完后注入水泥浆,等待凝固后分别形成第二水泥锚固体和第一水泥锚固体,第二水泥锚固体和第一水泥锚固体固定锚杆的位置,锚杆结构传力体系和承载机理简单明确,锚固力的计算值和工作荷载的确定更加准确,根据实际需求制作锚杆可以尽可能减少施工材料和设备的损耗,解决了目前锚杆存在的抗拔力小、可靠性低、位移大不能保证基坑支护的安全性,同时施工质量不容易控制,施工过程中材料损耗大,锚固力计算不准确,施工过程效率低的问题。
