The invention discloses a construction method for lifting and deviation rectification of a sand-stratum-containing pile foundation structure. A stratum where a pile foundation is located comprises a sand stratum. The construction method comprises the steps that 1, holes are drilled from the ground to the underground to form reinforcing grouting holes, cement grout is injected into the reinforcing grouting holes, the cement grout permeates into the sand stratum, and therefore a sand layer reinforcing body is formed and connected with the pile foundation into a whole; and 2, a lifting hole goes deep into a certain depth below the sand layer reinforcing body from the ground, pressure grouting is conducted on the bottom of the lifting hole, injected grout permeates into surrounding soil and is rapidly solidified, the surrounding soil is filled and extruded along with continuous injection of the grout, upward lifting force is formed, the lifting force is transmitted to the sand layer reinforcing body, and the sand layer reinforcing body and the pile foundation are pushed to be lifted upwards together, so that the structure is lifted to the set lifting height. The construction method has the advantages that the whole structure can be lifted, the method is more economical, and secondary settlement of the structure cannot be caused in the construction process.
本发明公开了一种含砂质地层桩基础构筑物抬升纠偏的施工方法,桩基础所处的地层中包括砂质地层。步骤1、从地面向地下钻孔,形成加固注浆孔,向加固注浆孔内注入水泥浆液,水泥浆液渗透入砂质地层内,从而形成砂层加固体,并与桩基础连接为整体;步骤2、抬升孔从地面深入至砂层加固体以下一定深度,向抬升孔底部进行压力注浆,注入的浆液渗入周围土体内并快速凝固,随着注浆液的不断注入,周围土体被填充挤压,从而形成向上的抬升力,抬升力传递至砂层加固体,推动砂层加固体与桩基础共同向上抬升,从而将构筑物抬升至设定的抬升高度。本发明具有能够将整个构筑物进行抬升,而且更加经济,施工过程中也不会造成构筑物二次沉降。
