本发明涉及水利工程技术领域，更具体的说是一种水利地下截渗墙开槽机，解决了现有的开槽是使用人工开挖，或是用钩机进行开槽，对于有石头的地点开槽很困难，因此所开的槽不规整，对于注墙有影响的问题，本发明包括机壳；机壳的底端设置有液压缸，液压缸设置在液压缸的保护壳内，保护壳的底端设置有若干组保自锁万向轮，机壳内设置有平移装置，平移装置上依次设置有挖掘装置、切割装置和打孔装置；通过挖掘装置进行性挖掘，然后根据岩石的大小，通过打孔装置与平移装置进行配合，打孔装置将岩石的内部应力进行打破，使切割装置切割的阻力更小，且通过先挖掘后开孔，能够根据槽的大小进行切割岩石，按需切割。
