The invention discloses a wastewater treatment well for a high-rise building residence. The wastewater treatment well comprises a well body formed by piling concrete and bricks, wherein a sewage inlet pipe and a sewage outlet pipe are arranged on the outer wall of the well body; a movable inner cage body is arranged in the well body; the lower end of the inner cage body is closed, and an opening is formed in the upper end of the inner cage body; a water inlet hole is formed in the outer wall of the inner cage body and is formed in the upper half part of the inner cage body; a plurality of slots are annularly formed in the outer wall of the inner cage body; screens are welded at the slots; and the slots are positioned in the lower half part of the inner cage body. The wastewater treatment well is suitable for the high-rise building residence and can be used for filtering wastewater of sewage.
